*Omnitau make everything we can in the UK, and we aim to originate every single item through our factories by the end of 2023. Some items from our core range are pre cut for us by partners in Europe to help us get them to you as quickly as possible. For more information, drop us an email.
UK MADE
Omnitau do everything we can in the UK. Your kit will be made at our cutting edge factory near Taunton, then finished and dispatched from our fulfilment centre near Exeter.
This means you can have confidence in the provenance of your kit (we pay every team member above the UK living wage), and it arrives really quickly.
FREE DELIVERY & RETURNS
We know how important it is for things to just work and be super convenient, so we offer free delivery and free returns on most orders. Delivery is free over £30 on any order, and we always use great quality tracked couriers like DPD to send your products.
Returns can be sent using either DPD or Royal Mail using prepaid labels, with prompt processing and refunds straight back to your payment card. We make and deliver everything as fast as we can – usually 7 to 10 days from order.
Lots of items are delivered quicker when we have time, and nothing takes longer than 3 weeks, even when it is a big complicated order and we’re really busy. For precise delivery estimates on your order, chat to customer services.
Delivery on orders under £35 cost £4.95. Returns incur £3 admin charge for restocking and processing as contribution toward costs. Only items ordered on an order portal, with no name number or initials applied, are eligible for returns. All other team sports items cannot be returned unless faulty.

By shipping products to you from the UK, we create up to 90 percent less emissions in delivery, compared to shipping products to you from the Far East.

We make every product we can from recycled and/or organic materials, to give the fairest deal to cotton producers and minimise waste polluting the planet. We’ve even developed our own proprietary fabrics made from sustainable materials.

At Omnitau, we pride ourselves on making our products carefully and attentively. Every item is quality checked before it’s completed and again when it is shipped.
We’re so confident we offer a six month quality guarantee on every Omnitau product: If you get any faulty with any Omnitau product within six months of your order, we’ll replace it straight away, completely free of charge. We won’t ask you to send it back to us or trouble you in any way.
