We offer two service routes. for fulfilling all your kit requirements. You can use one or both options.

Online Order Portal Service

We're delighted to offer complimentary online order portals to customers who want convenience of ordering from a standardised product range on a regular basis. Order portals are particularly well suited to schools, clubs, and universities, who might have many different individuals who would like to place orders.

Orders placed on an order portal can be delivered to individuals home addresses, and normally arrive within 7 days.

All items are custom made.

Order portals can include any products from our Team Sports range.

Items ordered on an order portal are eligible for our industry leading returns policy, with 30 day returns on all items, even if they have been personalised with logos*.

Managed Account Service

Omnitau are excited to work with customers of all sizes, and are experienced in the specific needs of organisations large and small.

All customers can order from our full Team Sports product range.

We are delighted to offer a number of services, including rebates, supply contracts, service level agreements, bespoke pricing, discounts, and tailored user access.

You can now order all items yourself online, any time. You can even add logos for free and personalise it just how you want it. This includes fully bespoke items.

Unique To Omnitau

Free Logos - Logo application and artwork set up are free of charge, so you just pay the list price you see with no hidden extra charges. This is managed on a fair use basis.

Personalisation - Orders can include personalisation such as names, numbers, or initials.

Free Online Order Portal - Omnitau supply your club or school shop as a complimentary service for all customers.

Fast Delivery - Once confirmed, standard orders will be delivered in 7 days. Fully bespoke orders are usually delivered in 2 weeks.

Returns - Items ordered on an order portal are eligible for our industry leading returns policy, with 30 day returns on all items, even if they have been personalised with logos*.

Sustainable & Ethical - Omnitau garments are made from sustainable materials, and are made / finished in UK factories which we own, run, and pay above living wage to all team members.

If your order includes fully bespoke items, it will be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. Fully bespoke items can be identified by their product code prefix (OB- rather than EF- or CP-).
